Recommended utf or iso setting?

Hi, With the new installer on 1.3.3 you have a big choise of utf and iso settings. This is confusing for my limited brain
Please what do you suggest to put there if the language choise is Dutch?

Hi,

if it is a new installation you have two possibilities for dutch language.

1. charset: Dutch iso-8859-1/latin1 - collation: latin1_general_ci
2. charset: Dutch utf8/utf-8 - collation: utf8_general_ci
