Problem with installing

Hi all,

I have installed phpwcms, but i get an error:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required '/home/web/snl126273/phpwcms.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear') in Unknown on line 0

After refreshing the page it's show the correct one, but i need to refresh all the time.

What do i wrong? and how to fix this?
