Does anyone play any instrument ?!?

Post by brans »

Hi folks,

I was just interested if anyone plays any instrument ?
I play the saxophone and I really love and enjoy it.

Ok for those of you who know me, I don't do anything without any idea behind it ;):

I'm planning to open up a new saxophone page. I want to deliver some
information about the instrument and it's history, some information about
the prefered music styles of anyone who is interested in contributing some
information to the site. Furthermore I want to offer a free-download-archive of notes.

Has anyone already made exprerience with music sites or is does anyone else maybe play the saxophone ?

I just thought it was worth an effort to ask you guys here. :-)

greets

brans

Hi brans,

I tried to play the guitar, but I didn't have the time to practice enough. So the only instrument I play ist the cd-player

But I LOVE music.

umm
my main instrument is guitar
but i also play bass, keyboards, didjeridoo (bad), mandolin (i'm italian - it's mandatory) and some other stuff too.

Three albums released, one with Madrac (electronic/drum'n'bass), two with Dlh Posse (experimental hip hop).

Soon: something to listen to :D

Used to play the keyboard pretty well, but I'm no good with my left hand [chords only - my brain can't work my hands independently].

I worked as a DJ for a few years if a pair of decks counts as an instrument :)

I am naturally left-handed. BUT when I was first handed a guitar I was told that I had to play right-handed. Now after playing for 19 years I've decided that it's about time to learn it that way I should have in the first place. I'm now playing left-handed (on right-handed instruments). This now means I can play half of a song left-handed and then half of it right-handed. It's a lot of work but well worth the effort especially for performance
