Patch 2004-02-17 available

If you have login problems with the release this will help you. It fixes the problematic SQL command PASSWORD(). I have fixed this for usage of MD5(). All yet defined password can be further used. I have included a PASSWORD() OR MD5() check in login process. All password changes are done in new way.
