I saw accedently one website they installed phpwcms
http://www.acemiler.net but on the footer its says Copyright © 2002-2005 acemiler.NET All rights reserved.
This is really bad i think or?

this is a clean site. There is no need to give phpwcms copyright on the actual visible page. However, it has to be in the source code and on the backend login page. Both is the case with the site you mentioned.

I belive thisis not bad at all.
The site is delcairing the content of the site to be under his copyright and is in no way implying that the cms is proprietry software.
It would be a very useless application that claimed copyright over every site that used it especially when the application is only the container of the information and not the supplier of the information.
