Change the copyright notice

Change the copyright notice

On this site [http://www.woonzorgservice.org] I found out that they changed the copyright notice by adding their own name (in the html source).

I wondered how I could change the copyright notice and adding my own name as a designer. I thought I had to change the source code (index.php) for that. But is there an easier way to change the copyright notice?

Easier than changing 5 lines in the source code of index.php?

But is it legal...

I admit that changing 5 lines in index.php is quiet easy. But if you upgrade to a newer version the file will be overwritten! Did you think of that?

I don't like to see those changes - what I can live with is an enhancement. But there is no need to do so. Have you ever heard of meta tags?
