My Last Web Site !!!!!

Post by StudioZ »

OK. My Last Web Site !!!!!

The last one I will maintain:
http://www.iRoutier.com
A web site for… and about… Freights' Truck Drivers (AKA: Routier)
For my upcoming new life, starting in January.

In the Gallery section, you will find photos of the Truck on which I had been invited and did the run on the U.S. East Coast (3 000 Km, in 3 days).
Could never imagine a "Routier" so well Internet connected.
You have all you need in there.
Don't miss the important part: The Répertoires.
Special Thanks to Oliver and Breitsch (ExData Module).
More thanks here:
http://www.iroutier.com/site/fr_remerciements.phtml

Lots of things to finish up, but… it's now open.

Time to go have a nap now.
Good night All!

Yves

Hi Yves,

I can´t believe that the end of your cooperation at this place is comming up now.
I think some month/years later we will hear about a resourceful man who is revolutionizing the trucker scene respectively of visual advertising or i-net logistics.

I hope you will use phpWcms.

All the best from me. And thanks four your spirit and input at this place.

Ho… Hé!
Thank you guys for your support.
Just to make things much clearer…
(Maybe I was too much in a hurry to go to bed last night)

This is not a "Goodbye" message :D
I was just willing to say that… this site, iRoutier.com, is/will be
THE last one I will maintain. And… for this, I again -- of course --
choose PhpWCMS and… I will still need all this great help that
you my friends, countlessly provided me since 2004.
Let's see it just as the start of a new eBook.
The way I intend to use PhpWCMS when I'll be on the road,
will be to part-time update the site whil waiting to unload
and/or load the truck.
This is a great occasion to quote Frank Zappa one more time again:
Album: Joe's Garage Act III
Song: He Used To Cut The Grass
CENTRAL SCRUTINIZER:
The White Zone is for loading or unloading only.
If you gotta load or unload, go to the White Zone.
You'll love it.
Its a way of life.
To answer Sustia's question about the Gallery software:
I am using this awesome SlideShowPro, pull in the page,
simply using the multimedia Content Part, with an absolute link
to pull my .swf file. I was so surprised when I realized that
SlideShowPro was run from Montréal and was so affordable (around 25$/licence).
The brains behind this is Todd Dominey (Dominey Design Inc.)
assisted by Brad Daily.
http://slideshowpro.net

This great software has been pointed out to me, a while back, by Cyrano.
He is using the same software on one of his sites:
http://www.planepix.de

Take care guys 8)
See you soon around the corner :D

Cheers,

Yves

Hi,

Great site, i think you used just about every feature PHWCMS has to offer. Nice showcase for this CMS. I love the reflection on the footer.

Good luck on your travels.
