(Completed!) Backend translation to zh (Chinese)

Hi, all

I am working on translating the backend to one more language, the Chinese Version.

The version i work on is phpwcms v1.2.1-DEV. I hope the 2.0 release can have Chinese backend language support included.


By the way, does anyone here speak Chinese?

uncompressed to under the ${phpwcms_DIR}/include/inc_lang/backend/

also remember to add to "${phpwcms_DIR}/include/inc_lang/code.lang.inc.php"
