Euro key doesn't work at my phpwcms.

Euro key doesn't work at my phpwcms.
It works fine on my localhost but if I install phpwcms on my providers server insted the Euro key it shows "¬).
What's wrong?

perhaps your browser settings overwrites the css settings from wcms?

1. Setup: I really want delet the setup folder if I've solved the issue with the EURO key.

2. The prob with the EURO I mean is caused by my internetsettings.
I've copied the text with EURO key from editor in my phpwcms project.

I'ts not a issue to show the EURO key if I copy simple text. But I want to get the EURO key working. So I'm sorry for use phpwcms forum.
I'ts definitely not a phpwcms bug.
