Are images uploaded to the file centre stored in the database?... I wondered if they can be targetted with the

Code: Select all

{image]
replacement tag. :?:

Look on the phpwcms-site or the docu-site

The {image:*}-tag is for "layout"-use. Referenz go to picture-folder. Upload with ftp.

On a normal way you couldn't use images from filebrowser with that tag.

Thanks rk. I thought this might be the case. I had hoped you may have been able to place images from file centre using the tag to avoid users needing to use FTP.

How should that work?

We talk about the {image}-tag. And i thought, the {image}-tag read from the picture-directory?!

Normal users could use the contentpart "picture/text" for example. There are the pictures from filecenter available.

I think the {image}-tag is for use in layouts.
