Blöde Frage: wie erstelle ich Inhalt für die index seite?

Hey! Hab da mal eine blöde frage, aber wie erstelle ich Inhalt für die Index seite? Ich kann ja im backend nur Artikel unterhalb der Inhaltsseite erstellen aber eben die selbige nicht editieren bzw dort inhalt einfügen. Wie mach ich das??

In der Artikelliste neben dem obersten Strukturpunkt (Home?) auf das PLUS drücken :-O.
