Admin username and password

I have installed phpwcms successfully (I think) but I can't get past the login/password screen - I can't find a username / password in any documentation or in any of the file....

It's OK - found the setup file... some sort of basic documentation would be helpful...

No still completely lost - even after using setup.php I still can't log in

Go the setup process step by step and read ANY info given. Don't forget to click the right mark that says "create database" and/or "create admin user". There is no default username/password. After setup process copy setup.conf.inc.php to include/inc_conf/conf.inc.php.

Done all that, followed all info, CHMOD the directories and I still get:

filestorage: phpwcms_filestorage FALSE (not existing)
temporary: phpwcms_tmp FALSE (not existing)
templates: phpwcms_template FALSE (not existing)
thumbnail list: thumb_list FALSE (not existing)
preview images: thumb_preview FALSE (not existing)
frontend content: content FALSE (not existing)
frontend images: images FALSE (not existing)
ftp takeover: phpwcms_ftp FALSE (not existing)
