Not able to change site structure

Thanks for looking. I need your help.

I just uploaded phpwcms and in the beginning everything seemed to be working fine.
I was able to get page layout set up and template ....

However as I was setting up site structure I get kicked out every time.
Every time I need to login ... but nothing changes... I still can't change anything at site structure.

The articles seem to work fine.
I also noticed that when I click the phpinfo button I also get kicked out...

Everything else seems to be working great...
If someone could give me some suggestions of how to solve this problem or maybe inform me when I forgot to do something.
It is most likely a simple solution it is just I am not familiar with all these things ... just learning.

I you have any suggestions please let me know.

Seems there is something wrong with your PHP's session handling. Each time you leave the current page your session get lost.

Anything I can do about that?
