Integration into my website

Hi, I am researching options to add a user interface to a website I am building.
What I am looking for is something I can include into my layout with php. What I am working on is a website for my current employer, we do Screen Printing and Embroidery. We want to add a user interface where customers can log in, add jobs, upload their artwork, and re-order previous jobs. Also maybe have it where an administrator can log in and change content of the webpages without me "the webmaster" having to make every single change.
I currently have a layout serigraphics.net/Page23.php I just want to implement certain features I don't want to have the full blown generic template layout.
Is phpwcms a good choice for me? Thanks for the insight guys.
