Re: What do you think? - Multilanguage Backend
Hi (sante)Claus, Yep that's what my project is right now. A 1:1 translation for all the languages. So all the pages are for every language in the structure. I know, it's very hard to maintain. If one language page is changed they'll have to change all the other language pages too and this gives prob...

Re: What do you think? - Multilanguage Backend
Hi Jürgen, And also you will have a lot of duplicate content and it is difficult to maintain all the different languages in a big site. I agree with santscho that for a small site the multi level structure is ok but for a large website the other solution. Only the user (editors) need to know what th...

Re: What do you think? - Multilanguage Backend
Santscho, I'm also doing a great multilanguage project right now and your suggestion would be a welcome addon for the user. Exspecially for the title this would be nice because with 5 languages a title like [en]whatever text here[/en][de]egaal welcher tekste[/de][it]wdwdwderhr hr hr rh rr rrh r[/it]...

Re: What do you think? - Multilanguage Backend
Hi Santscho, Do you mean just to have a easier interface for the multilanguage solution OG already made. Now you have to put all tags manually in the content parts and structure. [en]hello[/en][de]hallo[/de][nl]hoi[/nl]. With a lot of languages this becomes a bit 'messy' for the users who maintain t...

Re: www.tcbilddatenbank.de
Very nice site. One (small) remark, I would show more then 10 pictures at one (25?). Makes it easier to browse though all the categories. I see that you can reduce the number of pictures when you go to the right subcategory but still.

Re: Problems moving site
Hi, Did you just 'move' the website or upgraded it. If you upgraded it please also have a look at the file /config/phpwcms/conf.template_default.inc.php, here's the NAV_LIST_COLUMN look defined. And I see that only the template/inc_css/limerick-style.css file is loaded, isn't the template/inc_css/fr...

Re: Form recipient template doesn't accept
code
Hi,
I made an issue out of this (http://code.google.com/p/phpwcms/issues ... &start=100) and the answer is clear and short:
Recipient template is not rendering PHP inline and it was never planned to so.
Greetz,
Axel

What happened with the site? The index file is gone and I only see the directory listing.

Re: Form recipient template doesn't accept
code
Hi, Already tried this all with css, actually that's how the custom template is build. Also now use inline styles and tables insted of divs for the email (like <td style="border: #1f3991 1px solid; padding: 5px;>) because the internal css styles (like <style type="text/css">td {border...

Re: Google Analytics and phpwcms - page titles
Felix, I use google analytics and have a structure with aliasses. Every category has only 1 article in it. In analytics it then shows fine. home choice1 (alias choice1) choice1 (article) choice2 (alias choice2) choice2 (article) etc. In analytics it shows like /dir/index.php?choice1 and if you use g...

Re: Form recipient template doesn't accept
code
I'm trying to simulate a existing analog orderform for a small company that makes curtains (almost by hand). They want that their customers can fill this form in online, insted of faxing. But they and the customers aren't very handy with computers and it would be nice if the online form looks exactl...

Form recipient template doesn't accept
code
Hi, I have an order form with check boxes based on the form-CP. I've made a custom form template. Also I made a custom 'on succes' html template. In the on succes template the form is displayed and for the selected check boxes is a [x] displayed. [x] choice1 [ ] choice2 [ ] choice3 [x] choice4 For t...

Travel blog, www.dizzel.nl
Hi,
At this moment i'm travelling with my family in Canada and West USA for 3 month. To inform family and friends at home I've made a small website. Sorry that it's only in Dutch. But pictures are universal.
