Hi,

using version 1.3 for a new page since some days. Need to shut down the Editor so the system is taking exactly the same html as i put in. But changings i make in conf.inc.php to switch off the editor doesn´t work.

Installation or phpwcms buggy? What to do? Any ideas? Could use help. Thanks!

Es geht mir hier weniger um die Geschmacksfrage, Byte and Bits liegen sowieso schwer im Magen :P.

ich mein ja nur, wenn ichs noch viel mehr von der technischen seite aus betrachten würde, wäre es eher der Kunde, der mir schwer im Magen liegen würde... :lol:
aber mal im ernst, die kunden, denen ...

wenn ichs allerdings von ästhetischen seite aus betrachte, kann ich mich ohne nachzudenken gut und gerne gegen scrollbalken im layout entscheiden :!:

und scrollen muss man auf Deiner seite letzlich auch, nur dass eben die balken mitten im layout sitzen... :shock:

searching 1h in the forum now to get THE answer if it would be possible and how to do if... - to list all articles of all subcategories from a main category.
Tried TEASER EX and TOP-ARTICLE already, but´s not working with subcategories as i can see.

I have no other idea. But maybe ...

also would be nice if it would be possible to have a thumb for the album instead of text...

Thats only this two images on the website

Have a look into the "phpwcms_filestorage"-directory the files are stored there. for their real names have a look in the phpadmin-page of your database, table: "phpwcms_file".

when i remove the subdirectory in the RT, everything works with the pictures in the first picture-level.
i also checked the properties/rights for the folder and the pictures. Seems ...

i also had the problem after my last update. this problem was caused by unequals between the database-names and the real names of the thumbs. during the data-restore/upload dreamweaver cutted some names to make them fully webcompatible...
i uploaded the pictures again and rebuilt the picture_RT with ...

on my Server with installed PHPWCMS 1.2.8 patch G the {RANDOM}-RT only works in standard-directory (/picture). every subdirectory with pictures are not working. i checked everything 3 times and more, paths are existing and written right, CacheTimeout=0, Cache cleaned and set not to be cached at ...

had a look into your sourcecode. looks very chaotic...
instead of using tables for margins u could use spacer-graphics or even better: css-margins to keep the sourcecode small. for heights u could also use % - even if its not standard-conform. set size of cell 1 to height:1 (the graphic inside will ...

why not using news- and content-area in one table but different colums?

soweit ist mir das mit den levels auch klar. Beim Arbeiten mit Hintergrund-transparenzen jedoch bedeutet die Angabe von #... ul ul ul {...} nur, dass sich auf entsprechende parent-#´s angewendete Änderungen für child-elemente ergeben.
