I had the same problem but with the default marker (phpwcms1.3.5 5/12/08). When I activated in the contentpart '[x] show marker', I just got a blank screen. Great site with very much content. Nice project. And the startpages are also Xhtml valid.
Btw here the links are working ok in ie7 and ff.

Also in ie6 (and ie7) the site is not correct, the left gray block is shown at the right site. In ff the sites looks nice.
