1. I cann't save my class in admin>default css because when I try save (submit) it the field (where I paste my class) is going empty after page refresh.

Q1: Why when I post new class in admin>default css and submit it the field is clean and my class is does not working?

In the admin>templates have css selecter. It's empty.
Q2: Where I need to place my css file to see it in that selecter?

Question: Is it right to paste tables in blocks?
I have the feeling that is wrong because you'll get tables inside table (bad HTML code).

Thanks for help but it's not it. For more understanding of my question I changed picture. Look on it again And you'll understand (I hope) what I mean.

And also I need to know how to divide html code between blocks?

I set new wcms. And all db settings is right (I'm sure).
But when I trying to start http://***.***.ru/test/login.php , get the blank page.
I've checked right for login.php , all set OK.
Don't know what to do.

Had it to.
Fix:
Check CHMOD (rights) for ..setup/setup.conf.inc.php
Best of all set 766 (I don't like triple 6)
