I'm also a newbie (not only here, but also to php).
Everything worked fine so far, but I can't login now.
Now even as admin. It simply says: Errors during login!

I found a possible hint on the webpage: my provider supports safe_mode=on (well I can't change it).
That means I can't create a new ...
