I have been using this CMS for over 4 years and am always impressed by the distinctives that make it stand out from the many other choices available. I am also very thankful for OG and his efforts that make this CMS a top choice for designers. One thing however, that I am never impressed with is the ...

Re: Delete files problem
Hey Knut,
Thanks for this. Works really nicely.
I did have to make some changes in startupX.php as it was not working finding the correct language. I made it include 'startupX_en.php' directly, which works fine for my purposes.

RSS Feed content part
Hello,
I am having trouble getting my RSS feed picked up by the phpwcms content part. It is from a wordpress blog; the link is:
http://apostolic-church.org/blog/feed
or http://apostolic-church.org/blog/feed/rss
apostolic-church.org is where the phpwcms installation is.

Re: Delete files problem
I am raising this thread again because I have just had another client complain that they have exceeded their disk space despite having deleted all their files.
WHY on earth is it necessary to have FOUR steps to delete a file?!
1. Delete in file manager
2. Empty trash
3. Remove deleted files in ...

Delete files problem
I have deleted various files in the phpwcms file manager and click 'remove delete files' in admin but they do not go to 'can_be_deleted' folder. I have permissions set at 777 for filearchive and can_be_deleted folder.
Eek! Have now run out of web space!

CP Form Submits NOTHING
So I've set up a CP form like I've done loads of times. Nothing particularly different here...
Except that when I click submit nothing happens. The form clears. No email sent. No error message. No success message.
Using fairly recent version.

Played around with the tag feature for the product section. This was new to me but proved quite useful as one product could be assigned to various manufacturers.

Re: Parent Link index.phtml not going to homepage
This takes me to mysite.com/whatever.phtml which is again, just a blank template
Whereas the page appears on mysite.com or mysite.com/home-1.phtml

Parent Link index.phtml not going to homepage
I've been using NAV_LIST_UL:FP
In my web tree I have
HOME
Home Page Article
+ Cat 1
+ Cat 2
+ Cat 3
When I go to mysite.com the home page article appears fine
However when I click on the navigation HOME link I have a blank template ---> mysite.com/index.phtml

Re: Livedate for content part
just noticed that with 1.3.9 switching live date to the future does control when content parts go live - even if placed within another article by means of show_content RT. However, does not work with CP content part alias.
Not sure if this is a recent change...
