I am down to the last couple issues on my site...
One of which is my newsletter will not send test emails or regular newsletter emails (text or html). It appears to think it sent. See image...

Re: "from email" won't work on Form <<RESOLVED>>
Good grief...
This is finally fixed... ...finally the "from name" and "from email" contain whatever was submitted in the form.
// smtp values
$phpwcms['SMTP_FROM_EMAIL'] = ''; // reply/from email address
$phpwcms['SMTP_FROM_NAME'] = ''; // reply/from name

Re: "from email" won't work on Form
Hi Flip-Flop!
Thank you for replying. I have read a ton of your posts.
Wow, I wish I could get to the bottom of this issue.
I saw your reply and made the changes both ways so they would match (sendmail and 0, as well as smpt and 1), but it still will not put the [form: email] in the "from email ...

Re: "from email" won't work on Form
Hello,
Exhausting day of research with hoster on this topic, but I am not much closer.
HOWEVER ~ I have a Joomla site right now on the same hosting server as this phpwcms site ~AND~ the "from email" works on the Joomla site but not on the phpwcms site. Keep in mind that I have the "from name ...

Re: "from email" won't work on Form
I understand your reply. This is so difficult when the problem can't be easily tied to (1) my article set-up, (2) the hosting service, or (3) my smtp configuration during install.
Additionally, my Newsletters won't go AT ALL! But, I am still searching the forum for a solution there before I post a ...

"from email" won't work on Form <<RESOLVED>>
Hello,
It works fine when I use the system address, but when I choose "form: email" from the dropdown, no email is received. I really need these emails to come from the visitor who submits, not the site's system address.
Screenshot of settings is attached

Re: Azzuro Template; Just need a hint!
Thank you for your reply.
I have done what you're suggesting, specifically choosing (Left) instead of (Content), but so far when I do that, I can't get BOTH the (content) article and the (Left) article to show at the same time. In fact, I actually had it once where the title/subtitle was in the ...

Hello,
I am a newbie and have gotten pretty far on my own, my biggest accomplishment is that my "Contact Us" form is nearly fully functional (all but a small issue with the resulting email, but I think I can muscle through that).

Re: GoogleMaps Module [New Version]
Thank you, for some reason my CuteFTP (regardless of settings) would not upload the unzipped file properly. I had to use my Dreamweaver. Your diagnosis was correct.

This is going to be an awesome module for me!
I just completed my install and everything went fine. I am using phpwcms v1.3.5
I added my API key and left the version at 2.x

css for my FORM and Captcha Question
Hello,
I'm a phpwcms newbie and have made some decent progress my first site. I'm depressed that it won't be as sexy as some of the ones I've seen on the "Sites Your Proud Of" portion of the group, but I'll have to evolve to that level in the future.
I have two questions, so far:
