Why not put the nav list in the header block instead of the main block? From an organizational point of view, that is a much better design.

There is more than one possible WYSIWYG editor in phpWCMS. Thank you rsantifort, that is what I was looking for. I can't believe I spaced on that though, I should know better to look in the left pane when I clicked on messages, but I didn't.
