yea.. i'm trying to learn my way around this cms so i can add mods and whatever my client may need... so i figured it would be best to learn how everything works.. cause i know i'll probably see requests not posted on this board... but's it's coming along ...

where would i find info on adding my own custom function

hey guys

i was wanting to properly place a rotating ad banner on the home page...

is there a place where we can add our own script & coding... like a require("generic_add_banner.php");

without cutting deep into the logic & code cause i also have written a quick lil eventCalender. i would like to ...

Help!!! WYSIWYG editor on Safari

My clients uses a MAC and the WYSIWYG isn't showing... is there one that that can be used on Safari.. or are they limited to "plain text"

any suggestions???

Hey guys i did a search on this replacement tag and didn't find or know what to search for...

How does one modify this tag... i see different UL list topics to modify menu's but {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN} does pretty much what i want...where does one go to make changes to the color & bullets to fit the ...

Here's a temporary solution, works fine on my test installation...now you can turn off the phpWCMS frontend for non admin users in conf.inc.php, just set $phpwcms['down_for_maintenance'] to 1 .

Ahhhh...NOPE
Preview means show me how the content will look WITH THE CURRENT SETTINGS (including visble/public, hidden articles and article start dates, ETC).
In other words...WHAT ARE MY VISITORS GONNA SEE.

"ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i see" ding ding there goes the bells... now i follow....lol **slaps ...
