I cannot figure out where to change the settings that will get imagemagick to leave the jpgs uploaded through the file system alone.

The "good" image shows much less "artifacts" from compression than the bad image. Where can I make changes that will leave ...

I foolishly failed to inspect the css file carefully enough. Problem solved!

I checked the page layout settings and have shown them here. Even if I change the top and left margins to 50 or 0 it makes no change on the display of the page.

What am I missing?
