Is there a way to build a site in PHPWCMS where you use previously written php code to build a site? Also, how secure would it be?

I am still new to phpwcms and have as small problem.

My Header text size for articles are very big and I want to decrease it. But, I cant find which file it is in.

Does anyone know how i can do this?

sorry, must have typing backwards, I meant the left nav bar. I had a look at what you refering to and I see what you mean about overriding the images.

I am a newbie to phpwcms. I have done most of the site basics but cant seem to find where to change the Mouseover option for the navigation bar on the right.

It turns a green colour and it doesn't match the site. How do you change the rollover / Mouseover colour options?
