I see on the main page of phpWCMS at the bottom there are rss feeds... how do I enable this???

It was indeed a truncated file or multiple files causing the issue... I have wireless broadband connection and this somtimes happens to me. I never seem to have an issue with SQL tables but sometimes uploading is an issue.

I get this sometimes when I do not have the correct permissions set on some files....

I think what you are looking for is here:

include/inc_conf/conf.template_default.inc.php

I did run the update from /setup/upgrade.php

I have had issues with files becoming truncated and causing me headaches.

Do you know which files are needed for this to work .. I will upload seprate if needed. this is the only function that does not seem to have upgraded correctly for me.

Little help what is BID? When I select it as a content type does not appear to be installed correctly... I think.

I have found my problem.... the links being sent to the person subscribing are missing a trailing slash
