Hi,
I have installed several versions and upgrades of phpwcms with few problems.
However, I have had this problem with latest 1.2.6 version.
I first downloaded 1.2.6 zip from sourceforge,
extracted with windows explorer (XP Pro SP2)
uploaded with AceFTP3, changed permissions etc.
FAILED with ...
