I'm not having problems downloading it, when the file is unziped it is named manual.html. Otherwise you can go to the url for iolaire.net/manual.html and do a save as. If you still have problems send me an email at iolaire usa.net and I will email it to you.

I've updated the manual to the new look. In the process I converted it to html so that I would not have to take so many screenshots of tiny icons.

The new manual is supposed to reside in the base phpwcms directory so that the images, styles and html editor pull in ...
