State and city tags? Where are these coming from??

I'm trying to validate my site, in an effort to figure out the IE display problems, and this came up:

In 1976 Chateau Montelena put <st1:state><st1:place>California</st1:place></st1:state> at the forefront of the wine world.

It gave me errors saying that the tags are not recognizable.. which they ...

I get an automatic one from the PHPWMCS engine.. but it doesn't include a link to the transitional .dtd like below:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

Instead, just generates:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 ...

HELP! IE display errors

I've validated and revalidated, cleaned up HTML with Tidy, and checked over and over but STILL can't seem to find the problems causing my display errors in IE. http://www.pennindy.com Ideas anyone?

Hey there. I'd like to get my rss feeds (like this one: http://www.pennindy.com/rss.php?features) ordered chronologically. How would I go about doing this? Currently they list the articles according to publication date...
