i just intalled phpwcms Release: 1.1-RC4 27-08-2004 and the css that is being used is <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="phpwcms_template/inc_css/print_layout.css">
and not the frontend.css
i can edit the frontend.css on the backend but the css file that shows in the source code ...
