das gibt es leider nicht - valide Programmieren mit CSS. Jeder Browser ist anders ;-)

Oder Du musst Hacks benutzen - nur was ist da valide.

i solved the mess. that worked for me:

ZA - Firewall (left) - advanced (most right tab) = add a new protocol; allow everything

try XAMPP from http://www.apachefriends.org instead of IIS (IIS sucks). This works for nearly everybody with such kind of problem.
