I deleted everything including the database and started from scratch. when i installed there were no errors, the database and tables were created correctly i think i did all the CHMOD's right.

Pappanes, do you have any other thoughts?

I have installed phpWCMS with no errors. I have also gone to the login.php and created a page layout, template and some articles . just in case, i have also gone through the tutorial that someone made for creating the page layout, template and articles. When i go to index.php all i see is a blank ...
