Danke für die div. Vorschläge. Hab alles dahingehend geprüft, war aber alles io. resp. es gab keine Besserung. Nach langem Gespräch mit dem Hoster riet dieser mir doch das Skript etwas umzuschreiben und den "convert" Befehl einzusetzen, was ich dann auch wie folgt gemacht habe, jetzt ...

Der Fehler entsteht ja wirklich beim Aufruf von imagick new - ich glaub der Hoster muss da nochmals ran... ich finds nur komisch, dass wenn kein Pfad eingegeben wurde die Meldung nicht auftritt

hier ein kleiner Auszug aus der conf.inc.php

ich habe auf einer alten Installation (1.4.5.) den folgenden imagick PDF Thumb generator laufen und dies funktioniert einwandfrei.

Your preview functions perfect, but now, me as a non-hardcore-coder is it quite difficult to implement the generated pic in the existing RT, or would it be better to just create a new one? Do you have allready done a solution for that?

Ja, dann hast du doch alles. Belasse es bei dem userdetail, dann vermixt du nichts. Einstellen kannst du die Prüfung im CP für diejenigen, deren Registrierung bereits erfolgt ist. Da ist die Wahlfreiheit erweitert auf die Userdetail, macht vor allem Sinn, wenn man noch weitere Angaben (Wohnort ...

Also wenn ich im CP "prüfen gegen" umstelle hat das ja keinen Einfluss in welche DB Tabelle das ganze geschrieben wird. Also hab ich mal in der fe_user.php die Tabelle "phpwcms_userdetail" mit "phpwcms_user" ersetzt. Da ja andere Tabellennamen benutzt werden kann das System natürlich das ...

Heureka! war grad auch in diesem Ordner und hab mich gefragt wieso denn da "disabled" steht :? - ja ja wenn man diese syteme nicht jeden Tag nutzt kennt man nicht immer jeden kniff und trick!

Hab im Moment dasselbe Problem... beim regisitrieren erscheint {FE_USER_REGISTER} und beim managen {FE_USER_MANAGE} - hab meines erachtens alles angepasst und flip-flops docu durchstudiert...

who has already a solution (except the written proposals) to get the mod working. I'm hanging at the point where I should create the tables for the DB. But when I click on the "gallery module" link in the menu modules, just nothing happens... what's going wrong? :cry:

once again...

all is functional now (incl. imanager etc.), also IE makes no problems, but now i've the same bug as already described. In the article menu at the points 'keywords', 'subtitle' & 'schlagtext' (maybe "hittingtext" :wink: ) tiny also starts. Who has an idea in which file this maybe is ...
