I get the same thing sometimes. Seems to happen at random. I'm on a hosted server, and resgister_globals is enabled on the server, which I can't change. I suspected that somehow caused it... ?

Very clean and appealing site, cyaneo. I like the way you integrated all the different parts -- they feel like they belong together.

One problem I noticed is that the English translations have some errors, and I got switched from English to German when I opened the gallery.

My conf.inc.php file looks like the second example, except the value for $phpwcms['root'] is "new" and not "new/". I tried changing that, and it didn't make a difference.

Can you (or someone) explain why? "new" is the phpwcms root folder. I've never had to include the root folder in a path like that before, so I'd like to understand why I had to here.

I installed phpwcms on a new domain that has a hyphen in its name (e.g., my-domain.com). When I tried to log on for the first time, I got the following error message:

Warning : session_start(): The session id contains invalid characters, valid characters are only a-z, A-Z and 0-9 in /home/myacct ...

Oh, nice! I like phpwcms even better now! In any other CMS I've investigated, I would have had to create a mod or some other complex customization.

I need to add forms that update a database. Can I add content that includes this type of form using a new replacement tag? Or do I need to build a mod? Can it be done at all?

The site is on an intranet, so security is not a concern.
