Hi pappnase, thanks for your help. Unfortunately, when I changed the root directory to:
$phpwcms["root"] = "";
the entire site stopped working alltogether giving me 404 errors all the time. I think its because I was trying to put the phpWCMS in the web-2005/content directory instead of the root ...

I have been in the process of installing this for a few days and I am being plagued with these warning messages whenever I try to do anything. It says that it cannot find these files, and I have double-checked that they exist and I have set every file/directory permissions to 777 temporarily. PLEASE ...
