I'm starting a project to give schools free or cheap websites and have used phpwcms a little, and also mambo.

I am ready to start a project building websites for schools at very low cost. I was ready to choose Mambo because this had a wide development community and lots of pluggable functions.

I have RTFM and read for a few hours some of the postings here about XML, RSS and RTF. I am deciding if I should use phpWCMS for a very simple 12 page 2-column XHTML website, but I have one requirement that is difficult.
