About the logo on darker green background - I'm guessing that you have embedded color profile in your logo.jpg. I checked - you do have embedded sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile.

I have utf-8 encoded site but feeds.php was constantly returning iso-8859-1 encong in the xml prologue.
Changing encoding to utf-8 in /config/phpwcms/feeds.ini.php didn't help either: i even got error saying that it cannot convert from utf-8 to utf-8. I think it's caused in the feeds.php lines 186 ...

I have partially translated phpwcms to slovenian (codepage iso-8859-2) - but it's not full nor finished (and it is for 1.1-RC4).
