I found an error log -- the
{RANDOM:picture/banner}
results in the generation of this message:

Nope -- doesn't
If you look at the Text printed above each of the images in the main block, it tells you what the code was ---if it worked, you see the image
There are three printed lines
BANNER:picture
BANNER:picture/banner
BANNER:picture/upload
The result of the actual code follows each line.....You don't see ...
