I found the form, which is the article.editsummary.tmpl.php

Now my next step is to find the file that contains the function to write the form data into the database.

Just downloaded and installed 1.2.5.

Noticed that when creating a category you now have an option to select allowed users. Is this actually working? I didnt see that mentioned in the changelog.
