i want to make buttons like on your site. must i add them manually ? when i add new article or new category, don't display in index page automaticly ?

i added this to left part of template.
<img src="img/article/template/template_r3_c1.jpg" width="200" height="85" border="0">{NAV_TABLE_COLUMN}<img src="img/leer.gif" width="1" height="100">
is {NAV_TABLE_COLUMN} buttons, isn't it ? i know i haven't pictures that on top and left i want to see ...

i installed phpwcms via cpanel fantastico. all things are good but index.php was blank. i added some contents and only content's texts are appeared. i looked template part with admin user, and there isn't any sample template. i added a template to try how to see. but i couldn't add buttons ...
