"ouhm thanks for the hint but I was always looking for a solution that uses the less JS possible... for example in FF Browser my slideout menu works without any JS in the core site's code only IE uses body onload

I have managed to use {NAV_ROW} in the first main menu and then I use {NAV_LIST_CURRENT:0::} for the second menu. But i would like to keep the whole {NAV_LIST_CURRENT:0::} menu when I click further down in the navigation. The {NAV_LIST_CURRENT:0::} vanishes ...
