{REP_TAG} - connection to WIKINDX Bibliographic System

Been working with main developer of WIKINDX
- a great standalone bibliographic management system
http://wikindx.sourceforge.net/

to create hooks to phpWcms rep_tags

Right now this is in BETA
will post links once it is online



WIKINDX returns full formatted Bibliography in standard formats
(APA. MLA, etc) - also manages these using its own online interface.
