FCKeditor wird bei RewriteRule im BE nicht mehr angezeigt

Hallo liebe Gemeinde.
Ich habe ein kleines Problem und weiß nicht recht weiter. Ich lass die URL via .htaccess umschreiben und dachte mir, anstatt .phtml, .html zu benutzen. Leider lädt seither der FCKeditor nicht mehr im Backend.
Kann mir evtl jemand sagen woran das liiegen könnte? An der .htaccess habe ich nichts weiter geändert, außer die Rewrite Rule "aktiviert"
